Yet another easy meal, and all you have to do is to cut up the ingredients, put them in the pan and wait for the fantastic smells to fill your apartment. It only takes about 20 minutes to prepare, so it's quick and easy.

- 2 pork chops
- 1 tbs virgin olive oil for cooking
- 1-2 garlic clove (depends on how much you love garlic)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 /2 zucchini
- 1/2 red chili or Spanish pepper (you can even use sambal olec if you have it lying around)
- black olives (to your liking)
- 1 dl of white wine or cider.
- Quickly fry the pork chops for about 2 minutes on each side and sprinkle some salt and pepper over them. Put them on a plate and keep warm.
- Chop up your vegetables and put them in the frying pan with the olive oil. Add the cider/wine.
- Put the meat on top of the vegetables and cover with a lid. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finished! Told you it was quick!
